Areas of Practice:

We handle civil litigation, eminent domain, estate planning, probate, and estate litigation, will contests, trusts and guardianships, real estate litigation, construction lien filings and foreclosures, bond claims and Miller Act Claims, construction litigation, zoning, criminal defense work, DUI defense,  and real estate agreements and closings.

Trial Experience:

We have tried cases involving condemnation law, business disputes, trade secrets and restrictive covenants, will contest, and materialman liens.
